a villa with several bedrooms on koh samui, priced at the top of its market.
the photos did not show that. the bookings came through platforms that took their cut, and the calendar lived in more than one place.
we shot the villa on location,
built the website,
set up the booking backend on lodgify,
and made the channels match.
then we did the rest of it. business cards, flyers, the things guests actually hold
one calendar as the single truth. payments, contracts and confirmations handled without anyone typing them.
it was the right decision for me to collaborate with fabian and his agency. in the past year, my business has seen a significant increase in new bookings, and we are committed to continuing our partnership as it’s just the beginning of our journey together.

guests book directly now. the villa is fuller, and it charges more than it used to.
